Visiting Daddy, the Aquarium, and the Zoo

Ryan was working in Donaldsonville, LA and he was about 45 minutes from New Orleans. We decided to go and visit and make a trip to the Audubon Zoo and Aquarium. We made a day of it and it was tons of fun.

At the camper!

They were feeding the sting rays when we got there.

I do have to say that was pretty interesting!

He was fascinated with the fish, but he moved at lightning speed.

Venturing around the aquarium

Watching the penguin show

Cullen and Mommy inside the shark!

Looking at the seahorses

These things are so amazing....ugly, but amazing!

Playing in the kid area. He wanted no part of petting the sharks or stingrays because there were too many people and they wouldn't give him a chance, so he ventured to the play area.

The albino aligator was pretty cool. He is in the same spot every time we go. When you turn the corner he is staring at you!

The big shark tank!

The Zoo!

It was really pretty. HOT, but pretty!

They had different animals out with the trainers, and this was one he would actually touch.

He wanted to ride the carousel. While we were in line he wanted to ride every animal possible....when we got on the carousel he wanted to sit in the chair!! Go figure! I tried to get him to ride EVERYTHING ELSE, but he didn't want to.

Standing on the piers!
